Jennifer, this is amazing! I love the recipes. While I'm not vegetarian anymore, I still like eating meat-free foods and I love soymilk. (And soy ice cream, yum!) I will have to try some of these recipes. Where do you find some of your ingredients? I've never seen the SoyBoy ravioli or rice cheese. Does rice cheese taste better than soy cheese?
